Welcome to the Valley Oak Community Church (VOCC) website. We are glad you have dropped in for a visit. Whether this is your first time here or you come by regularly we want you to feel at home just as if you dropped by our facility site. We are located all over town. In fact, our church may live in your neighborhood, because the church consists of people just like you. The facility we meet at is located at the corner of W. Henderson Ave. and N. Matthew Street, 1970 W. Henderson Ave., Porterville, CA

Meet our Pastor
Pastor Steve attended Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon, and studied for the ministry before coming to Porterville in 1976 as a Youth Pastor. For the next 22 years, he served the church in various capacities while owning and operating a business. In 1998, Steve accepted the call into full-time ministry as Pastor of Valley Oak Community Church. In 1999, Steve became a chaplain for the Porterville Police Department and later the Fire Department, where he continues to serve the men and women of these organizations and the community in times of need.
